Returns Policy
KID 2 KID makes every effort to describe and display goods and products in great detail. However, if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back providing it is in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. For your protection and convenience we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. All items you wish to return have to be received by us within14 days of your receipt of delivery. Please note that all relevant packing slips and other documents should accompany the product on its return to KID 2 KID. Once this procedure has been adhered to and the goods are returned in their original packaging and fit for re-sale, you will then receive a full refund.
Faulty Goods
The products sold via this website have been manufactured to comply to statutory legal requirements and the relevant safety standards within the EU. All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months for defects in manufacturing or material, some manufacturers have a longer specified warranty. If a product you have purchased has a fault and is covered by this warranty we will repair or replace the item for you and cover the carriage costs. However, if a fault has occurred through misuse, accidental damage or excessive wear and tear then all carriage and repair costs will be borne by you. We value your custom and we endeavor to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
